  1. 1. Recruitment targets for gender equality

    we ensure that the percentage of a particular gender of successful candidates who pass each recruitment exam is not below 30%
    • applied : all open competitive examination that recruit more than 5 persons
  2. 2. Recruitment target for regional talent

    This target allows regional talent to pass the examination exceeding the number of persons to be selected so that regional talent can temporarily account for more than the number of persons to be selected in each examination stage conducted to provide greater opportunities for regional talent (Persons enrolled in, graduated from, or dropped out of regional universities) to be appointed as public officials.
  3. 3. Separate Recruitment target for the disabled

    In order to promote appointment of persons with disabilities as public officials, separate recruitment is conducted for persons with disabilities only
  4. 4. Separate Recruitment target for the low-income groups

    In order to promote appointment of persons in low-income groups as public officials, only those in the low-income groups can apply for a certain share(more than 2%) of positions to be selected in the competitive exam for Grade 9
    However, this target is only applicable to exams where the number of persons to be selected is more than 5
  5. 5. Extra points

    Extra points are granted in the range of 1-10% of full points for each subject to persons with licensure as extra points in the relevant functional category and to persons with a certificate of eligibility for employment support(persons of distinguished service to the state, etc)
