1.1. recruitment of recommended regional talent for grade 7
- under the age of 60
- do not include the case of Article 33 in the State Public Officials Act
- graduates (or prospective graduates) with high grades who have been recommended by their university after completing 4 years of education
- a top 10% score in the department

1.2. recruitment of recommended regional talent for grade 9
- under the age of 60
- do not include the case of Article 33 in the State Public Officials Act
- Graduates (or prospective graduates) of specialized high schools who have been recommended by their school
- Top 30% in scores or average class rank of 3.0
- specialized course : average of at least B for all completed specialized courses, of which more than 50% should be A

2. Procedure
- 1st round
(multiple choice exam) - Grade 7 : PSAT(Public Service Aptitude Test)
Grade 9 : Korean, English, History
- 2nd round
(Document screening) - Whether application is relevant or not
- 3rd round
(Interview) - Individual presentation + intensive interview
